Overall this training is really enlightening and covers a large spectrum of themes giving you tools for all of them. I had so many valuable takeaways from it and it helped me change my perspective towards some of the things I've been looking at from just one side of the equation. To find out that the equation is much bigger than I thought of and that it all comes down to being a player on the equation instead of being just a victim of its variables is certainly one of the key Aha moments I had.
Angel created the leadership dance floor framework that really helps you understand and work with this bigger equation and he explains it in an easy, professional, interactive and funny way :)

The impression is that everyone should take this training, even before doing any ScM/PO certification. It's an essential course for everyone that works in an agile (or almost agile) environment. My most valuable takeaway is confidence, learning from coach's experiences and mistakes, practical examples of agility/no-agility, critical thinking, ontological humility (big discovering!!!) and exercises between students (so valuable their experience!).

I like the leadership dance floor, since it provides a mental model that is more easy to keep in mind.

Very positive, interesting, practices in the organisational part in particular were engaging. Most valuable takeaway was the 4 types of energy invoking exercises.

I liked the structure (the dancefloor) very much. There were good techniques and canvases developed. Despite of 'spanglish' (but Angel has great vocab and eloquance just a little different pronunciation was harder for me to understand) and despite of accidentally it was easy to loose structure sometimes during the training (but Angel reacted on feedbacks and tried to support us accordingly) I liked it very much! The canvases and techniques developed from several other techniques (DISC, etc) and kneaded and improved to a complex one were great and something new!
